Full-Time, Malta

The Care and Programme Leader (PCL) plays a vital role in the Innovation Team and will focus on implementing programmes, services and long and/or short-term projects, with a strong emphasis on social impact. This role involves collaborating with different teams within the organisation, ensuring the successful development and implementation of programmes that contribute to community wellbeing. They will care for smooth implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.

Duties and responsibilities include programme implementation, impact assessment, community engagement, collaboration with social entrepreneurs, event management, report writing, budget management, and advocacy.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both spoken and written Maltese and English.
  • Excellent proven track record of funding applications and reporting.
  • A bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, community development, or a related field. A master’s degree would be advantageous, particularly in areas such as social entrepreneurship, program evaluation, or nonprofit management.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting including reading financial statements, managing funds, preparing budgets and forecasts.
  • Well-organised, proactive and able to prioritise own work.
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.

Full-Time, Malta

The Fundraiser plays a critical role in generating financial support for the organisation’s mission and programmes through strategic fundraising initiatives. This position requires a combination of relationship-building skills, strategic planning, and creativity to engage donors, sponsors, and partners in supporting the organisation’s goals. The Fundraiser will work closely with the innovation team, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to cultivate relationships, identify funding opportunities, and implement fundraising strategies that align with the organisation’s objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fundraising, development, or related roles, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with donors, volunteers, staff, and external partners.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience in grant writing, proposal development, and donor communications.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting fundraising goals, securing major gifts, and cultivating donor relationships.
  • Proficiency in fundraising software, donor management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of fundraising best practices, ethical standards, and regulations governing charitable giving.
  • Passion for the organisation’s mission and commitment to advancing its goals through strategic fundraising efforts.

Full-Time, Malta

The Event Organiser is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events for the organisation, including conferences, meetings, fundraisers, and special occasions. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring the success of each event. The Event Organizer will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and event participants to deliver memorable and impactful experiences that align with the organisation’s objectives and values.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or management, preferably in a corporate, nonprofit, or agency setting.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in event management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and achieving event objectives.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, memorable events that exceed participant expectations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed to support event activities and onsite coordination.
