
Yoga
The ancient practice of yoga has been scientifically studied at length. Findings indicate that in both healthy individuals and those suffering from illness, it may be as effective or better at improving a variety of health conditions.
We seek a holistic approach to community health, from the collective to the individual. We believe that promoting proper stress management and physical health at the personal level will bear fruit for all of us.
Our yoga instructors offer weekly sessions from our centre in Żabbar. We also regularly organise outdoor yoga events. We would love to see you there!
